Capsules are always good to be taking as a supplement because it means that you arent needing to get in powders that are needed to be prepared which also means more time used and more washing to be done too!! These capsules are ace since you can keep them in the boot of your car or in your gym bag and crack in a serving just before you train to help you pop into beast mode and get an ace session done!

I usually take SAW palmetto because it is so good fo r the prostate and I'm, at an age where that is now becoming something I should think about haha. The thing about the trec nutrition SAW tablets is they have lumped in a dosage of caffeine and Nitric oxide boosting ingredients. Its much more than i was expecting. Not needed if you want it for prostate only but for me for the gym, this is brilliant! Bonus material on this saw palmetto!

This is a great multivitamin choice for anyone, and i know the sport thing is ideal because the doses are bigger but your average family member could take these too, and in fact i would recommend it because the albion chelated and black pepper etc are going to make absorption of the vitamins so much better than your average run of the mill multi-vitamin. Great inclusion of ALA and green tea and it just gives you so much from so well priced two capsules daily

SAW caps are very good from trec nutrition, you dont really need much more when it comes to pre workouts and the best thing with these is that it comes in capsule form so no powders or shakes needed. Each serving is 4 capsules though which is something to be aware of and make sure you have a few bits of water afterwards to ensure the capsules have gone down!! Great levels of caffeine and creatine in each serving.
