Bought this just to strengthen my legs/ mild workout. Easy to set up and adjustable as described. No issues with it and does aid in a good workout. How much you get out of it is like anything else- how much work are you willing to put in... I dont use the push up bars as I have other equipment but good value for the money.

There is much info on the internet about the safety and EFFECTIVENESS of this VERY needed mineral. Swanson has the best price, in the correct dose per capsule.
