So far first impression I�m pleased, very study. Very fast delivery, cross-trainer very smooth and I�m need of hip and knee replacements, looking forward to using it to build up strength in hips and knee.
The bike is really good, I feel the seat could be more comfortable but overall is good. Easy to adjust. Also the monitor it is easy to use. Overall good item.
Use this bike every single day for between twenty and forty minutes . Has really built up my stamina! Well made exercise bike.
